 This advanced workshop will focus on refining cueing techniques, building creative and challenging sequences, and exploring the use of tilt platforms on the Megaformer. Having trained and taught at Lagree West in Vancouver and now serving as the lead instructor at Framework Toronto, Ayla offers a wealth of expertise to help you level up your classes and inspire your clients with confidence.
