Join Ayla for an immersive Lagree workshop designed for instructors ready to elevate their teaching. With over 10 years of experience in movement, Ayla brings a deep understanding of the body, precision cueing, and creative sequencing to every session.
This advanced workshop will focus on refining cueing techniques, building creative and challenging sequences, and exploring the use of tilt platforms on the Megaformer. Lagree x FMWK Level 1 Teacher Training
Dive into the core principles of Lagree fitness, mastering the Megaformer machine and learning the foundational exercises that define this dynamic workout method. Led by seasoned instructors, students will experience a blend of theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical sessions, ensuring a deep understanding of Lagree techniques. Upon successful completion, attendees earn their Level One Lagree Certification and upon completion of a practical exam and opportunity to teach at Framework.
