Embark on a Lagree journey tailored for a more senior population. A completely new, gentle (but still challenging!) style of workout using Lagree principles, that focuses on strength, core, endurance, balance and flexibility - yet protects your joints and spine. All in a fun, low-key supportive environment, with maybe a few good old tunes thrown in.
This 5-week class series is led by Dale Dalgleish, a Certified Lagree Instructor and an Emergency RN of 45 years - herself a senior. Come alone, bring a buddy or get a group together and let’s foster a stronger and more mobile you!

Although all ages are welcome, the approach will be geared toward the more mature/senior population looking to ease into the workout in a safe and gentle way.
