Our Youth 4-week class series is designed just for teens ages 13+, combining the dynamic power of the Lagree Method with a supportive, upbeat atmosphere. Using the Megaformer machine, teens will engage in low-impact, high-intensity movements that challenge the core, improve posture, and enhance overall fitness.
Perfect for athletes or beginners, this 45-minute class focuses on body awareness, control, and endurance—helping teens develop healthy habits, reduce stress, and feel strong from the inside out. With energizing music and positive coaching, every session is safe, effective, and seriously fun. No experience necessary!
